Facilities & Cooperation

The quality standards applied to fieldwork determine the reliability of its results. For MWResearch, quality control consists of training interviewers, monitoring completed questionnaires for accuracy, and regular advanced training in techniques and methods in market research.

After every test, the interviewers undergo a performance assessment. Our own quality standards are based on Quality Codes and Guidelines set up by the European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research (ESOMAR).
